Description So finally, more drawings. By the way, my iPod still won't really work but I got my scanner up and running, so although it's not HQ, I can once again upload art. And there will be art. Trust me on this one.
Anyways, if you noticed the little logo on her coat, this is my first Portal/Portal 2 OC! Her name is Hazel (haven't chosen a last name yet) and here's some info.

Hazel worked at Aperture (obviously) designing and coding personalities for the all of the cores and programming them in, sometimes helping to build them as well. So, she's quite skilled in computers and can get by in mechanics. However, Hazel is quiet most of the time and usually tries to work alone on projects. She's quiet around people and prefers the company of her cores and the machinery of Aperture rather than co-workers. She is often heard talking to the computers, and is much more open with them than with people.
Her best friend is one of her first projects (who I will draw sooner or later) the Gauge Core. The Gauge Core is a personality sphere that can judge any distance, height, amount of time, and things like that.
She's soft-spoken about a lot things but very loyal to her friends when they need it. Hazel can also be pretty stubborn, as she wants to make sure that people can't take advantage of her.
She was present when Wheatley was being made and helped a bit with the programming, but she only met him once when he was first brought into commission.
Hazel also had nothing to do with BYDTW day.
Right, and she's not a regular test subject...but she has the boots in a drawer in her office, just in case...

So that's it. Yes I copy/paste/traced the Aperture logo. Because I cannot draw it with Paint.
So, any suggestions for anything to change about her at all? They'd be appreciated.
Anyways, as always, enjoy!

We always have the best conversations. Especially because they start out completely different from the way they end up.
Remember when we had that war, and you called in , so I like, awakened his worst enemy? That was fun.

It is a mystery that shall never be solved. Because as a wise starfish once said: The inner mechanisms of our minds are an enigma.

Or something along those lines. Do not question me.

I was unaware starfish could talk. Nonetheless, one who possesses any amount of intelligence would know not to question the wisdom of five-pointed sea creatures. Or awesome people on the Internet.

You have to be one fourth mad to hear any animal speak. So don't worry about it.

On another note here's a question. In school, what do you consider yourself?

-Upper Class (Popular Crowd)
-Lower Upper Class (Not so popular, but still well known)
-Middle Class (Your average student)
-Lower Middle Class (Not really popular, but still known)
-Lower Class (Unpopular; Geek ((and not the cool kind)) )

I'm probably somewhere around Middle or Lower Middle class. I try to stay away from the crowds and stuff. I have my bros, that's all I need. What about you?

TheVolcaronaMaster In reply to UndeadPuppetMaster99 [2012-06-09 20:30:36 +0000 UTC]

Lower Middle class too. I'm a bit crowd shy and don't really like attention. So Lower Middle Class suits me just fine.

I hate the people who stand in the middle of the hallway or in front of your lockers and just talk until the last second before the bell, blocking up everything so there's a 1 foot clearance for 10 or so people to get through, both directions.

Oh. My school is open campus. There are no lockers or hallways. The classrooms are divided into buildings that are scattered about. One building holds four classrooms. So you have to go outside to get to your class.
