A somewhat autistic and self-contained implosion of color due to a new approach: to keep the objects within the page boundaries. Cropping can always be done afterwards. At least I am being somewhat creative rather than inventive again. Making the mental switch between the two is surprisingly difficult.

Decades ago, when I was still young and stupid and high as a kite all the time (a genuine Towelie), I read a biography of Fela Kuti. It contained a Nigerian (Yoruba) creation story. The most striking phrase in it was about how 'Ibi invents, but does not create', where Ibi is what we would call Evil. I'm not sure things are that black and white, since many human inventions are of a life-saving kind, and those can hardly be attributed to Ibi, unless you're a true fundamentalist who believes that humans suffer and die because it is pleasing to God or something. They are two different things though.
