The essence of dayglo colors isn't that they glo. Neon and others do that too. It is the fact that they are soft like velvet and warm as late afternoon sunshine. There is no palette like it, at least not that I know of. The Horizon Blue Dark was listed somewhere as 'dayglo', not sure about that.
