Rasterscript www.deviantart.com/undefinedre… output with black cell and eye strokes and raster layer hidden. This www.deviantart.com/undefinedre… could easily be achieved by giving a single element (here: a circle) a stroke + color. Rasterscript just adds a layer of expression.

The image was resized from 1177 to 3000 px by the GIMP because Inksace keeps reverting values all the time, and sometimes not. Probably its most annoying 'feature'. Having to enlarge an image afterwards is against the entire vector graphics philosophie. (as does saving an image, but not the SVG, for that matter..)
