Ode Aan Trix

I have no idea why I found this one where I did, I'm sure I've published it before. I suppose it's a slightly different edit, and I like it, so here it is. It reminds me of this painting of our former queen Beatrix: www.iq.nl/client/iq/uploads/kp… . This image is more true to Trix in her younger years, good-natured, a bit cheeky and extremely inquisitive. I was a fan of Trix's long before she became popular (she used to be my Object of Desire while I was still in school), she started out very much loathed for being a "cold fish" in the [braindead] public perception, and only gained popularity much very late on in her career. There's an old interview of hers and her husband prince Claus, where they state expressly that they're going to do nothing just in order to become popular. I love people who do nothing to try and be popular.
