What starting from scratch looks like. Everything is ultimately just a copy of the the original 3000x3000 px white layer. Tools: resize, invert, bucket fill, copy, move, re-hue etc., merge. The final image looks like it was produced by the Alien Map filter, which, when repeated, can generate 'old office' papery colors, which I happen to like.
