Another case of "it ain't much but it's something". If I get something like this on a first test run for a new method for rendering colors (after sorting out a few inevitable typo fails), I am beside myself with relief. Anything after this should be a mater of fine-tuning. In this case a spectrum was supposed to appear. Close enough for the time being
