The black grid is an import from the GIMP. The lavender circles are part of an ongoing attempt to re-create the grid in Inkscape, but one I have more control over, like having the ability to resize the holes on demand. Perhaps even change their shapes on the fly. It is labeled unfinished because I wasn't done with the colors yet, I just lost my interest in them for the time being.
