My another fan Ben 10 alien, Dedimensia. Despite lack of limbs he has no problem with interacting with his surroundings, since he can levitate and use telekinesis. He's also able to teleport, but only at a short distances within the same are. But his main ability is the ability to pull loose atoms from around him and force them into physical forms. But to achieve this. Dedimensia has to posses certain knowledge about the object he wants to create: how it's looks like, it's approximate weight and shape, and in case of machines/more complicated objects, the simplified way in which it works. Without this knowledge, desired object cannot be created.
