Description
My entry for www.deviantart.com/rileyisstra… character contest. I saw in Riley's description that one of their likes was the 90's, so i had fun.This was a blast to do. They've been one of my favorite artists for a long time, so I was hype to get to draw their character.
Also that floofy hair is so fun to draw.
