Just out of curiosity, where did the "Celestia only had a pink mane when she was young" thing come from? Almost every young Celestia I have seen has only a pink mane.

From the start of the pilot episode. In the story Twilight reads about Nightmare Moon, Celestia is shown with a pink mane, while Luna's is light blue. Coupled with the return of Luna at the end (where she is noticable smaller than Celestia), still sporting her light blue mane, fans concluded Celestia had a pink mane in her youth, but gained her multi-colored version when she got older.
