Description
Bonnie the Bunny vs the Projectionist. Or, alternatively, Jeremy vs Norman Polk. This may seem like an oddball matchup, but here's the connections:

Former humans who were lured away and killed by a murderer, as one of many victims (Bonnie was once known as Jeremy, a child who was lured away along with his friends, and was killed by William Afton, while the Projectionist was once known as Norman Polk, who was lured away by Sammy Lawrence, along side Dave, was sacrificed to and killed by the Ink Demon).

Thanks to a third party, they’d eventually be revived in a new body, but they were different. They were rage-filled and violent, even when compared to their fellow monsters (Jeremy became Bonnie, an animatronic rabbit. Bonnie, in every appearance he’s had in the FNAF series, he’s been by far one of the most aggressive animatronics, in FNAF 1, 2, and UCN, while Norman became the Projectionist, who is described to be a violent and feral monster, without a shred of Norman’s humanity left).

The two were known for sneaking around in the dark (Bonnie, much like every other animatronic, cloaks himself in the shadows when entering the West Hallway, while in both his human and monster forms, Norman says himself that he seeks out dark places, and it’s said that it’s no different for the Projectionist).

Ironically, they would be killed again by being lured and being ambushed by their original killer (Bonnie was lured by Shadow Freddy towards the safe room, only to be attacked by William Afton, who dismantled the animatronic, while the Projectionist died when he followed Henry to the Miracle Station, before being jumped by the Ink Demon, being decapitated).

They are known for their unique sense of humor, which is a rarity for horror games (Withered Bonnie, who is a past version of Bonnie, makes face puns in UCN, despite missing his face, while Norman jokes about Joey being dead, which he wasn’t).

This is more of a bonus connection but: Despite having rather large roles in their original games, these two really got the short end of the stick compared to similar characters, as they are overshadowed by most of the cast, notably females named Susie (Bonnie is arguably the least important of the main four, as he had no lore in FNaF like Susie did, and was the only one of the main four not to receive a Fazbear Fright’s story about them, while Norman was only in BatIM for two of its five chapters, and was reduced to a cameo in BatDR).

I know that Montgomery Gator exists as an opponent for the Projectionist matchup, but I vastly prefer this. I'll go into more detail when I write a "Why I Shill This Matchup" blog for it.

But I still need to find a matchup for Chica and Foxy damn it. I WILL find a unique matchup for every FNaF 1 character. It'll just... take awhile.
