the victim : My dad's spoilt watch
I set the time on the watch to 8.03pm, 8th (date) before doing the effect. Not sure if anyone realise, "My Immortal" was officially out on 8th of December 2003. Thus, date : 8th, time : 8.30pm AKA 2003 hour.
