Meet Eitai! His name means "eternal"
Eitai is a loving oceanic manta ray who has an obsession with smaller dragons. He enjoys hanging around them for some odd reason, probably to feel superior.
He is completely harmless and has no teeth or sharp claws, just goat-like feet. He also isn't a stingray, so he doesn't have a stinger either.
He's a big pushover and has practically no willpower. He's easy to bend to your liking, though he may be a tad hesitant on some ideas.
