Description
The only female character which I like who is not part of Straw Hat pirates. Her clothes were fun but also hard to design. I looked lots of different kind of dresses and skirts to come up with this. I really wanted her to wear blue. Royal Blue. I know she is not royal born but she is the Kuja Empress- and thats something. So blue and gold was must when choosing colors to this pic. Also she is quite cold and selfish person- blue is must. I had hard time getting her hair right. At first I wanted to keep it open, or just partly loose. But hair styles I drew end up looking stupid. I had keep in mind that she should be able to move around quick and attack if possible... What would Hancock be if she could not kick puppies and kitties out of her way? Tsk tsk- long cut skirt and tied up hair. Easy to move around and there is no way some one could crap her by hair.
