Pushing through the mud of life,a Life knifing through the mud,
a mud dragging our souls down,
downing knee deep,
deep we are pushing a life.
A life that souls drown beneath,
beneath the dirt of the deep,
deeply breathless as we knife,
knifing the souls down of the mud,
muddily dragging us down,
drowning knee deep,
deeply the hope of the helpless.
