I wrote this on the 19/04/2018 while in forced internment in Sao Joao de Deus, a Psychiatric Hospital in my late father's home town. I dedicate it to the little bird that died on my hands when I was very young, and without bleeding after being shot by my neighbour; it bled a lot on his hands when he wanted to check what was going on, as he wanted to traumatise me.
