This is based around the design of Scarecrow in Arkham Knight and decided to make it like Proctor togetherProctor somehow escaped the Null Void and was helped by Melwood Knight to help destroyed The Plumbers and Alyson
He started to find Samuel and he turns Erik causing him to be a monster again and Melwood he threat people of Melwood City
Erik focus on stopping Samuel and other villains while Alyson tries to stop Proctor and Melwood Knight for making more chaos
