I have both.
I see a difference.
Sound is better in the Remaster.
Graphics are the same for the most part.
PS4 over PS3 because I like the Remaster better.

I've already bought it and beat it on the PS3, and the fact that there isn't too much of an overall difference with the remastered version on the PS4, it is not worth it to get, especially when one doesn't have a PS4.
