Summary: Qharrach Fest comes and brings together all Tephens as one to celebrate, both in body and in spirit. During Lupe’s first experience she seems to dream of a simple paradise and her heart never felt more full. She could even recall seeing a kind and familiar face within the dream’s mist sharing the same serenity.
