    In the ring, with the large hangar doors open allowing sea spray and the sound of Caribbean waves to emanate into the venue, Lauren takes off her world title belt, kisses it, and hands it to the referee. The title is obviously not on the line tonight, but Lauren takes her role as world champion very seriously. She knows she represents ALL the babyfaces by having that title.

    The bell rings.

    Lauren and Erica continue to stare at each other. These two women have been through everything in their careers, good and bad, and they’ve done and seen it all. Erica would love to have a record 5th world title reign as the crowning touch on the end of her illustrious career, and she can get that title shot if the Underworld members win tonight.

    Lauren and Erica finally grapple in a collar and elbow, with the ravenous crowd eating it up. Erica is a little bigger and stronger, so she backs Lauren a few paces toward the good girl corner, and then tries to maneuver Lauren back around so her back is toward the heel corner (revealing the classic isolate-and-destroy strategy) but the much quicker world champion uses the opportunity to biel Erica toward the babyface corner instead. Erica lands on the mat, gets up holding her back and grimacing with her long blonde hair across her face, until a barefoot Lauren runs up and blasts the black bikini clad bad girl into the babyface corner with one of her trademark dropkicks. Fans online have said that Erica’s lost a step and hasn’t been the same since her latest neck surgery, and her mistake to kick off this high stakes match won’t silence those critics.

Lauren is the legal woman in the match so Karen – who HATES Lauren as the Superpowers member has owned her in her career, and has badly injured both Karen and Brandi in the past – scoops Lauren up, hoists her way over her head in a gorilla press, and then extends a knee to CRUSH Lauren with a vicious backbreaker that makes heel fans get even louder. A grinning Karen then uses the opportunity to tug at and then rip off Lauren’s sky blue bikini top, exposing those famous tits that are scarred up like an old oak tree (and continuing Lauren’s streak of almost never making it through a match with her top intact). Lauren probably had her if Eva didn’t interfere.
