Neophytos owns his own personal pocket dimension, a floating island completely covered by a giant berry garden which he has watched over for centuries. The garden has every type of berry one could think of, even ones from different worlds. It acts as a sanctuary for him and his charge, Pagos, as their own world has proved far too dangerous to live in anymore. Neophytos also uses it as a sanctuary for other creatures, often sending them to the garden whether they know what's happening or not.
Shapeshifting
After years of studying and practice, Neophytos has learned how to change his form to that of a human. This helps him blend in when travelling to worlds where dragons may be uncommon. In his human form, he usually dresses nicely, preferring fancier clothing such as tuxedoes rather than simpler outfits.

Titles
Because of how old he is, Neophytos has an outdated way of addressing others. Instead of calling them by name, he calls them by a certain title unique to each person. For example, he refers to Pagos as "Young Traveler" or just "Traveler" due to the spirit's love for adventure. He will also title someone by their abilities, such as "Earthshaker", "Firebringer", or "Ocean-Kin".
Telepathy
The dragons of Neophytos' world communicate through a form of telepathy. They project their voices in a defined range around them and any nearby dragons can hear them within their heads. For non-dragons, they first need to 'link' with them, which feels a lot like diving into a frozen lake. Depending on the dragon, the sensation can be unpleasant.
World War
Neophytos' world is a wasteland, destroyed by a war he tried to stop centuries ago. Even now, centuries later, there is no sign of recovery. Some of the berries in his garden are the last of their kind. Neophytos plans to someday use his berry garden to regrow his world, though for now it is only his and Pagos' home.
