I haven't drawn anything in a while, but I want to make a point to begin practicing everyday. There are projects that I still intend to work on, and I won't get anywhere if I don't build any sort of skill-set. I'm a complete novice when it comes to doing backgrounds or any kind of brush work(I usually try to stick to line drawings with solid shading), so this is kind of an introduction for myself. Two and a half hours from start to finish. The reference image was on a desktop wallpaper site.
