She is rather friendly however, despite the confusing way she speaks and the how distant her mind always seems to be.

She often will hover on her staff, and even fly about on it, just like a witch from the humans old fairy tales.
Her friends are often demons and lost souls who’ve been following the river in an attempt to get to the Underworld. She’ll often call up either Death or Hades to come get them after offering a cup of tea.
Her house is confusing to say the least. If you’re not with Time, or she hasn’t set a boundary for you, it’s quite easy to walk right into another time line and get lost. She’ll come find you of course it’s part of her job to keep the time lines separate but there’s no guarantee how long it will take her to find you. Could be a few minutes to a few years before she finds you again.
The halls of Time’s house are littered in tapestries she’s weaved herself. Most capturing her favorite moments in history.
Her house is surrounded by a beautiful garden overflowing with butterflies of all shapes, sizes and species.
