Updated reference sheet of my Great mouse detective OC villain Inga who has second name "Lady Evil". I decided to show her in two different outfits - normal white suit and formal blue dress.Backstory: Not much is known about Inga, except that she is lady of high class. Inga seems girly but she's actually a bit of tomboy. When Inga senses danger, she can fight enemy. She met a lot of male rats who wanted to be her love interest but Inga disliked them for some reasons. When she met Ratigan in 1897, she fell in love with him because he was cute, brave and decisive. She never quarreled and never fought with her villainous boyfriend. Inga took part in some of crimes along with Ratigan. When Ratigan wanted to take over London just for the sake of his girlfriend, she received gift from him - diamond ring and offer to become his wife. She agreed. When Ratigan died after falling from clocktower, Inga decided not to find replacement for her deseased groom and she was left alone forever.
