I have an idea!
Despite his young appearance, he's actually a very intelligent guy. His hobby? Kidnapping, or luoring, women into his home where he tests out different chemicals just to see which ones do the most internal damage. Or something dealing with that. Maybe that's why his hair is green? He could have accidentally spilled a new chemical he was testing on himself and it ended up dying his hair? Idk. I'm just throwing out some suggestions. 
As for names? How about Javier? Xavier? Jerome? Zephaniah?
