Description
Reset: Function (he) is able to completely shut down anyone's ability, but is weak against physical attacks. He is awkward, annoying and an egoistic doofus.Ctrl: Command (he) is a leader type. He usually teams up with Alt (no design of Alt yet) and Delete. He uses the first and only gun what has been created by Anti-Virus (again, no design of them yet).
(Redesigned) Skip: Media Control (he), a small energetic pipsqueak who's always looking for trouble.
Trojan (he) is a virus. He can transform into anyone. His job is to gather information.

I would like to know what the best (but mostly easy for a beginner) art software to use, how to figure out your style and if you can, get a better animation software too! I'm into animation as well and that's why I would like to get better at it because it's one of my hobbies.

Paint Tool SAI is really good, it's much simpler and easier to use than photoshop (for example) for drawings which need clean lineart. Photoshop is more for painting and photo manipulation.
Your own style comes to you naturally. The more you draw the more you develop it. So there is no such thing as "to pick an art style", you just need to develop it, which will take years before you actually find "your" style.
I don't know what kind of animation you want to go for, like tweening or traditional frame by frame animation. Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe After Effects would be good for tweened animations and video editing. (I use After Effects.) And OpenToonz is a free traditional animation software that I downloaded. I haven't used it yet so I don't know. You can also animate with Photoshop.

I can't believe you are comparing him to Lucio, and why? Because he got a "dreadlock style ponytail" and some green in his design.
Those two characters are completely different with their design and personality.

Always love your stuff man. My only suggestion would be switch up 'Reset''s character design a little bit, it's ringing a bit close to 'Play''s. Love 'Skip''s design though, and God BLESS your colour scheme abilities. That's it, farewellllllll

Actually the reason why Reset is a bit similar to play is because I didn't have any male characters with that head shape. So far only girls had that.
And I don't think Reset lioks like Play at all, even Paste is closer looking like Play than Reset.

I wholeheartedly agree with you on both points, but I do think that Reset looks a bit play. Maybe it's the body shape or something, `\_('-')_/`
Maybe fill out the arms a bit or something? Or just leave it, even with similarities to your other characters it's a great design.
