This is a nostalgia drawing...A long time ago I wanted to do a comic with mechs...but I did'nt 
The pilot is asking the technician to check again the weapon calibration...something is wrong.

Hmm, may I ask what Mecha series this was fashioned after? The cockpit certainly has a BAttletech/Mechwarrior feel to it, but the body is far too rounded to be as such, so now I'm currious!

Well the story is about the change in the technology, here the police are using old fashioned mechas,Big and slow heavy tanks for defense... and everything will change when a new power source will be develop allowing more advance and faster robots...something like that...I never did it, it was an idea when I was younger

pilot: Hey man, I'm telling you something is off.
Techie: Dude, you're the one that wanted lazer pistol sounds every time you pulled the trigger...I told you, the jedi light saber effect would've been better...
Pilot: Right so why the Heck is my mecha meowing!?
lol jk nice pic. It would be kinda scary if the police had to go around in giant mechas, but other wise this scene is well executed.

This is really cool. The shading is done really well. The attention to detail really stands out to me: the lighted monitors in the mech, the mech's interior, even the technician's safety harness.
