This is Fluffin Stuff
a very small pony, especially for average earth pony sizes. She was born with dwarfism, and struggles quite a bit with working an average job, as most things that are meant for land living ponies just isn't sized for her. So, she found it hard to even find her special talent. Leaving her a blank flank well into her adult years, Fluffin Stuff had almost given up on having a cutiemark all up until her parents were able to save up enough money to commission Pinkie pie to throw her a birthday party. At the Party, Fluffin Stuff was barely able to participate in the games, so while most everyone was distracted, she got too bored waiting for her Cotton Candy, and decided to make it herself. By the end of the day, Fluffin Stuff had ended up making cotton candy for the whole party, and when she realized how incredible she was at it, she realized THAT was her talent. Which was a shock to her Parents who named her after her father's special talent, making stuffed animals.
