the jaggie isn't real nice, but the rest I like.
I like grey, and I like simplistic 3D geometry, so this is good, but I would suggest some colour in the text, to give it some focus, and the whole image some more definition.

Well, it's got good composition, but the concept has been done to death and it's not very special. That, and there's jagged edges on the left side of the cubes. Tsk. Tsk.

I doubt people would have a hard time copying that... you should always try to do what others cannot.
