I made this for every single person who wakes up every morning, looking in the mirror and thinks, 'I am ugly'. Do you think anything in nature does that? No. It does not.Because God never intended for us to have mirrors.

We all know trees are at least a little vain - all the front-lawn cherry blossom trees on my cul-de-sac compete to see which one can get the most beautiful blossoms before spring is over and the most vibrant leaves during the climax of autumn. It makes for no small measure of entertainment.

You are absolutely right actually. They do compete amongst themselves. The mango trees in my grandfather's garden do the same thing. I myself am partial to the middle one. It has consistently delicious fruit.

Its supposed to be amusing, haha, its a comment on several things actually. One is also about wanting modesty, so its almost a sin to look in the mirror and say, 'hey, I'm actually beautiful.'

Faving this! Thank you. I've always had a problem with... picking myself apart, even though I know He loves me. God, and so many others. So often I get so down on myself that I wonder why? And I forget, that it's because they choose to, and to just... leave it at that and accept it. It can be really hard for me to be mindful of at times when I'm down, but I am loved and cherished and wanted, as I am, because they chose to. That's the only why that matters. You have no idea how much I needed this today. I see it as a message from God. Thank you, so much!

There is something magical about a lone tree in a field. I've noticed this, but I can't quite put my finger on what exactly makes it such a beautiful scene. as for the poem, Unfortunately I don't quite get it haha.

Thank you. LOL, yeah, the poem is about how a tree is beautiful because it doesn't wake up in the morning and hate itself the way humans do. Its a way of saying 'forget whatever the mirror says. You are beautiful.'
