A Japanese agent who fought Commando Yank in Wow Comics #35. The original version had no powers, but he had an assistant who was a midget. Said assistant flew a small aircraft that looked like a bat, and other bats would follow it's lead.In my revision, he is given the ability to control bats by the same group that created Captain Nippon
