Description

Graham Ballantyne was a common thug and troublemaker. One night, he found the diminutive Professor Rhodes (another foe of Human Doll who created a formula that caused him to shrink), and helped him recover from his injuries. Graham had run afoul of Human Doll in the past, so he figured helping one of his enemies was a good way to get back at him.

When Rhodes recovered, he offered to give Graham powers like his. He accepted, and Rhodes used his process on the man. He took the name Red Cap after a wicked Fae from his Scottish ancestry, and outfitted himself in a costume similar to Human Dolls, but with the colors reversed. He worked with Rhodes for awhile, but eventually branched off on his own. The Crow approached him one night in a seedy bar, and he became the fourth and final member of the Injustice Ring.
