I think I'd like to see a slight combination of the two faces. The darker eyes of the first one - but the natural skin tones of the second. I can't decide if I'd like the normal mouth or the movie mouth though.. 
I like the pose on the left more, but the one on the right is more appealing. This is excellent cosplay regardless of which is chosen.

I love both; I think that each one of them is for certain occasions and that you'll definitely be able to find situations for them! (:

The one on the left is far more accurate and awe-inspiring. The one on the right makes Jack seem more human, and that makes him less fearful. Being the Pumpkin King as he is, his job is to strike fear in the hearts of mortals (a master of fright and a demon of light, etc.) Being a skeleton makes that job more conceivable, the one on the right doesn't seem like he'd be feared at all.
