Description
This character, like most of the others I've created, sprang out of the old Marvel Roleplaying Game. For years, my main character had been the Soviet guy, Steel Wolf. Well, I was feeling patriotic, so I decided to create an American counterpart.

He's a third generation hero. His grandparents were two characters I created named Lady Liberty and Captain Victory (and he took his name as a way to honor them). His father was a hero named simply Patriot. Not the nicest of men, either. Cold War and all that.

He has my favorite power set: super-strength, flight, invulnerability, and enhanced speed. Honestly, Superman really does have the best power set.

I really like this costume design. For years, I drew characters who were pretty well balanced costume-wise. The asymetry of the outfit really appeals to me.
