What!? Fantasy themed stuff? It's been too long since I drew some fantasy, this was prompted by the establishment of a new fantasy variant/setting of AEON. Many interesting things to implement! Anyway, now for some lore.

After an era of prosperity and reclamation of their sovereignty, the Nobles had regained their control over the Isle. Spearheading a new religious order now taking the place of that their previous overlords had abandoned during the great war. Claiming that a new deity from the mountains promised salvation of their people and the chance to live an eternal life lest they sacrifice the natural ability to channel magic. The high classes of society would be defined by those of divine blood, establishing a new religion that promises that even those from other lands who bless their blood would one day walk along the ranks of the nobility. What would follow would be an era of decadence and conquest, where behind both gilded plate or Noble's smile alike, a darker intention may lie. What are outsiders to make of this part of the isle's society? A blessed people or fanatic cult?
