Description
I was riding the bus to one of my favourite tea shops. I was going to meet a dear friend of mine on that cold January evening. To help pass the time I did a quick thumb sketch of a muscular young warrior with a bird of some sort. While I was in the tea shop waiting for my friend, I decided to build upon my thumb sketch.

As I began to re-sketch my picture I decided to altered this character into an burly old man. Which I feel adds little more personality to the character. To help contrast the tough as nails warrior look , I gave him a small doll to clutch onto.
