This is something I've been thinking for quiet a while. Katrina Steiner-Davion is has several similarities to Cersei Lannister, and she's been around before Cersei.One she's a petty tyrant who acts out of impulse, and desperately wants to gain power by any means. Which includes killing her brother Victor like Cersei wants to kill Tyrion.
Two she's blonde. That's a given.
Three she is slightly mentally unbalanced, and she inherited the insanity genes from both of her houses. Kinda like Cersei is almost like Aerys Targaryen.
Four she is assumes power by dividing her realm through war. Katrina kick started the FedCom civil war dividing the Federated Commonwealth to stay in power. Like Cersei has divided the seven kingdoms when she finally takes the Iron Throne.
Finally five she creates a child of incest. But not in a way you would think, Cersei gave birth to Joffrey by porking it with Jaime in secret. While Katrina created Alaric Wolf by means of using Clan iron womb technology using her DNA and that of her brother.
