Pretty much the only thing Luigifan18 didn't provide with his concept was art, but in the Dropbox link he said he imagined Frostran to look like Heatran but with rock and ice instead of metal and lava, so that's what I was inspired to draw. To sum up: art drawn by me, almost all the data by Luigifan18.))

Frostran, the Frozen Peak Pokemon. It is said that whenever a Frostran is born, an avalanche is started. Their frigid body temperature causes parts of their hide to freeze into spikes.

Ability: Flash Freeze*((Hidden Ability is Sub-Zero Body*))

Other Known Moves: Iron Head, Stone Edge, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Dig, etc.
Moves I Was Surprised It Knows: Quash, Shell Smash

Habitat: High, snow-capped mountain peaks.
Behavior: Dour and intimidating. They do not take well to intruders, and prefer peace and quiet. Without the power of the Avalanche Stone, they would rampage and cause catastrophic landslides.

"As Heatran embodies volcanoes, Frostran embodies frozen mountain peaks. Like a mountain, it is sturdy, rugged, and strong, but it's not going to be able to move very fast. It has been pointed out to me that Ice/Rock is horrible defensively, but I don't really care; the typing's there for its uniqueness and for flavor. Like Voltran, Frostran is meant to be a close relative of Heatran."

"Flash-Freeze: Negates damage from Ice-type attacks, and upon being struck by an Ice-type move, boosts the power of the user's Ice-type moves by 1.5 times

Sub-Zero Body: Has a 30% chance of freezing opponents that strike the user with a direct-contact move." ((In essence, Flash-Freeze is an Ice variation of Flash-Fire, and Sub-Zero Body an Ice variation of Flame Body.))

**Snow Spiral: Luigifan18's idea of this was a cross between the old-school mechanics of Fire Spin and Heatran's signature move, Magma Storm. I think it would be slightly more appropriate to make it a straight Ice variation of Magma Storm. "Frostran's signature move, Snow Spiral, is an Ice-type Special move with a base power of 95 and an accuracy of 75, which works like Wrap, Fire Spin, etc. did back in Red, Blue, and Yellow – preventing the opponent from fighting back and locking Frostran into using it continuously (at no additional PP cost) for 2-5 turns unless Frostran switches out."

The pages I linked to are a few years old, so if anybody knows what Luigifan18 is up to these days, send this page his way so I can get his input on it and know if I need to take it down.
