A very unique portrayal of Atlas!
I think the best part is how small Atlas is! It makes him seem more like an actual human, as he originally was a giant large enough to carry the world on his back. He appears to be carrying it mentally, slouched over.
The Earth is also very well done. It's not the typical land and sea imagery we're all so used to seeing. I think what I love the most is that it looks like a globe of water, or that it looks as if it was constantly rotating on his back.
Beautiful!

It is wonderful. Incredible. It is the kind of photos that makes feel everything and nothing at the same time. Hope, fear, greatness, fear, sadness, friendship, the taste of the effort, the dream, the imagination. The impossible. You can be proud of you, i love it.

The lighting alone is so amazing. The whole piece is gorgeous, though, it doesn't look as if Atlas is actually carrying the Earth on his back. It looks a little as if he's standing in the foreground and the Earth is floating just behind him. I don't know whether that was the intended effect or not, but on its own, the expression of his body language is interesting. It's sort of like he's using the sheer force of his will, almost, instead of actually physically holding it.
I love it.
