(I respect your opinion, so take what I say next with a grain of salt. 
If our Pearl WERE White Pearl, why would she be hanging with Pink Diamond? And more importantly, if White Pearl were Pink Pearl, what reason would White Diamond have to damaging Pink Pearl and turning her into White Pearl? This entire theory is flawed!

Maybe but we just met these new characters, especially White Diamond so everything could happen, after all, before many mocked the theory that Rose was Rose Diamond and ended up being true, only time will tell, of any whether it's true or not, Rebecca will always have some other surprise in the show

Actually... not really. According to some theories, White Pearl WAS Pink Pearl, but she is being mind controlled by White Diamond and Pearl was the original White Pearl

This makes no sense! If our Pearl WAS White Pearl, why would our Pearl start working for Pink Diamond? And more importantly, what would White Diamond have to gain from just taking Pink Pearl away from Pink Diamond?

Pearl said in 'Now We're Only Falling Apart' that she was given to Pink a few thousand years before Pink was given the Earth.
Not made for, given. Notice also Pearl's 'rainbow' motif she has going on. I suspect either Pink threw a tantrum or White was doting on her.
If the former, then maybe White just decided it wasn't worth arguing over and traded Pearl for Pink's abuse targetown.
If the latter, then maybe White handed Pink her Pearl and got a new one, or perhaps is the one who suggested a trade in the first place.
And White theoretically wouldn'tΒ have anything to gain, but the Pearls themselves as a classΒ are just there to look pretty, which makes that argument moot.
