Amazing background, Love the idea and the color palette! Also love how you draw clouds and stars <3!! Clouds are so fluffy!
I'd like to give a suggestion if you don't mind. I am not as good in landscapes as you are, so if you feel I am wrong don't mind me. You add white lines for waves in step 6. I think these are unneeded in this landscape, probably will look better without them. I feel making a flat water like in your earlier steps (step 5) will add to the feeling of serene and calmness (as you see the stars in the reflection). Technically I may be wrong (sorry if i am), but stars wouldn't be visible if the water isn't calm.
Anyways its up to you ~ Just thought I'll add that. Again LOVE the color palette! Such beautiful blues!
