I imagine going into a mystery dungeon with very little knowledge of the items you'll find there is... harrowing, to say the least. How was Harley supposed to know he had found the orb that turns enemies into marketable plushies?
Anyways, this comic likely takes place right after the Stormy Shores event. The teams were all on their way to the Tidal Pools, after all, and Harley did promise Tilly that they'd spend the time well instead of treating it like a vacation.
