Have you guys seen that one animated short with the cat who opens there third eye and ends up regretting it? That's what this design is kinda
based off of anyways from the looks of it there likely part leading a biker gang and live off in a desert type era and smokes eight packs a day.
Also yes I am aware he has Cream's fur colors
There's also two other versions of this character both without filters and background one with sunglasses and without it.
