I just realized that I saved the file in rar. That's why it didn't work when I drag the file onto my Flele. Well now it's supposed to work.
And if you don't know what Flele or SSP is, it's a mini music player that looks like little characters singing on your computer. You can go to my journal for screen-caps :3

[Edit]The program only works on Windows. And it wouldn't play the songs if there're Asian characters in the name of the song. You can go [link] to see what the speech bubbles are talking about.
Also, I had to take out Pirate Iggy's eye-patch because it'll be covered by the blinking-eye-layers.
If you want to use the normal outfit, uncheck the one you're using and it'll appear again.
|--Iggy Shell--|
Changable outfits: Normal, Waiter, Britannia Angel, Redcoat, Gakuen, Yukata, Pirate, Police, Character-CD-Cover Outfit.
|--How To Install--| (If you've already have Flele installed, jump to #6
1. Go to [link]
2. Click " DownLoad (3.5MB) "
3. Unzip the file
4. See if there's a file called "ssp" that looks like a ribbon in the folder. Open it.
5. If the program is in Japanese, right click on the music player and go to Language, choose English. Right click and choose the option in the bottom to quit. Then restart.
6. Download Iggy Shell.
7. Do not unzip the file. Instead, drag the zip file onto your Flele. If a dialog box appears, the installation is successful and all you need to do is restart Flele. Then find "Iggy" in right-click-menu>shell.
8. If #7 does not work, unzip the file and put the folder in ssp_flele_miku>ghost>flele_aya>shell. Restart Flele and find "Iggy" in right-click-menu>shell.
9. Change the outfit in right-click-menu>Clothes/Dressup

I've found that the songs ONLY play for people who have Vista or 7 operating systems. My friends and I who have XP get no reaction but our friends with Vista and 7 get it to work just fine. Either way, they're adorable little desktop buddies and I love your iggy! *pets him, as he's currently on my computer right now*

Hmmm that's weird though. I myself is using both Vista and XP and Flele works perfectly. I think it depends on the system...or stuff.

It's on the left side. Under where you fav/collect stuff there's an option called "download".

I know lots of people have asked you already, I don't want to bother but..;_; I can't play any song at all TAT I've read other comments with your replies to see if I could fix the problem, I've checked if the songs were mp3 or contained Asian characters, but nothing..it won't play at all T3T Nothing is happening even if I click on his eyes or eyebrows ;3; What could it be? >_<

Have you tried turning on the volume? Your computer might have muted it automatically. :3
Try click on the shell (anywhere) and press function-key and volume-up-key.
Oh and does Iggy appear to be singing? :3

Yes, the volume is ok, and Iggy does not sing, it remains always the same even if I drag a mp3 on him ;3; I tried with lots of different files but none of them works. It doesn't even appear any balloon TwT *why am I always so unlucky with these things..? ;7;*

I tried to google for a solution, and someone with the same problem mentioned that she didn't get the East Asian language pack installed correctly. That's probably what caused it. :3 You can go [link] to download it.
Or you can try delete flele and reinstall it again.

Oh dear, it's really a pain not having the disk. I don't have it either.
Have you tried going to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options and see if there's an option under "language" that saya "Install files for east asian languages"? :3
My netbook doesn't come with east asian languages either, but I was able to get them using that method. <3
