Here’s my choices of characters, from multiple fandoms, the good and the bad, who’d become Separatists and join the Separatist Alliance, or, as I prefer to call it, the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Tolian Soran (Star Trek Generations), due to wanting to fight against the UFP because of his tragic nihilism.

Stinky Pete (Toy Story 2), due to desiring to spend his life in a toy museum instead of being owned by a child.

Cameron T-900 (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles), probably as a devastating killing machine like the battle droids or General Grievous.

Joyride (Power Players), because he lives as a proud, good, independent toy who doesn’t want to depend on others.

Poker-Face (SilverHawks), because he’d want to make a profit from the Clone Wars, probably as part of the IG Banking Clan, or maybe the Techno Union.

Millie (Total Drama), as a good Separatist with good intentions, maybe a senator or a reporter, like senator Mina Bonteri and her son Lux.

Hank Scorpio (The Simpsons), because, well, he’s a supervillain and a madman, albeit one who behaves nice.

Chef Julian Slowik (The Menu), who, just like he wanted to teach some rich restaurant-goers a fatal lesson in messing with the service industry, might also want to teach the Republic a fatal lesson in being complacent and corrupt.
