A very nice technique of painting, though it is a shame that most of the colour is lost in the tissue
But it gives a pretty, simple, and "soft" effect ^^

You use diluted paint, so not all paint is lost actually. But yeah

I've only worked with acrylics, really. I'm a terrible color planner, though. I always worry because I know it's near impossible to undo a dark mistake in water color!

Awesome tutorial, skin is SO hard to get right! (the orange color looks like Cadmiun orange)

Oh I agree. It needs some practice to get hang of it,but once you can pin it rest is quite easy ^^ I'm not sure about the name of that red/orange but you're probably right
