Description
Personality: She is a very literal soft-spoken Wyngro known for her whispery tone, but will talk your ear off once she gets into a subject she knows about. She's often found studying or ruminating in nature, out in the field collecting specimens or samples. Occasionally she will be seen at a local rest, after a hard day of work trekking at the winding roads, writing in her journal with some sap in hand, but for the majority of her time she's found camping out in far-reaching places, writing about the observable environment. She's very approachable and if asked nicely she might show her newest bug, critter or trinket she's found from far off places.
Fours is often seen very tense and jittery when in situations she's unfamiliar about but often finds her resolve, she works well with crowds and is very relaxed in social situations, but isn't very assertive.
She is slow to anger, if not a little too slow sometimes, often becoming discouraged to call out others. She's very conscious about her work and often searches for validation between other scholars.
History: Another Nook Orphan named 404, a strange naming convention that is still being discussed. Fours grew up as most kids did in the Nook, surrounded by friends but little in the way of family. She showed a strong sense of curiosity around her. Her curiosity landed her in the home of Colbalt who lectured her on science safety. Kalypso also helped broaden her interest in the natural world by showing new creatures. After losing her baby spot, 404 changed her name to something more appropriate: Fyra Noll Fours (or just Fours.) After spending some time studying outside and living in the suburban landscape, Fours began to wonder what was outside of Wynsiph.
The curious Wyngro has passed Wind Class and had been traveling up North, her ultimate goal is to find a new discovery or scientific anomaly. However, things have recently turned bad for Fours, her current back and forth between town and the wilderness had led her into the waiting claws of the Bandit lord himself, Sanzar Kane. After being threatened then mugged, Fours was pushed off the road, Fours found her satchel stolen from her, containing her samples, journal and her goggles. Thankfully Ash, a local Wyngling, fashioned Fours a new bag for her.
On her travels, Fours had met another naturalist, Aspen and the two hit off quite well with eachother, Fours and Aspen spent many weeks travelling together. They eventually separated, Fours became eggbound and returned to Wynsiph. While there, the security of Fours' egg became evident with the lack of security and after being offered an opportunity to travel with a caravan to the founding of Staves Rest. Fours egg hatched and Vincent was born.
Vincent showed remarkable skills even as a newborn, he was a bright shining star in her life and he spent his toddler life as her only child. Vincent was aloof and often argumentive, but was doted on and cared by his mother. Fours continued to travel, even applying as an casual adventurer with the Northwest Adventurers Guild who would occasionally work as a registered member. It wasn't long until a foundling was found on the side of a path during one of her quests, named Varg.
Varg was immediately picked up by Fours as her newest child, even just only a few weeks old, Varg showed signs of emotional trauma. Fours helped stitch a doll for Varg which resembles him. Varg became obsessed with the toy and remains one of his favourite keepsakes.

- Fours is self-reliant and can forage for wild plants and berries.
- She keeps all of her stuff in a repurposed cottage an hours walking distance from the outskirts of Wymsiph next to a small river grotto. - She has a cultivation of several wild plants at home along with preserved specimens.
- She will confirm that Brimbees are fascinating creatures and her studies resolve around finding meaning in their calls. But she will also also confirm that they are very, very tasty.
Items:
New Lands by Fours: This is a scientific journal with diagrams and images of flora and fauna of the places Fours has visited. Attached to it by a clip is a picture of Aspen.
Goggles: An old pair of goggles given to her as a child. She wears them when she ever goes in and out of dark spaces regularly as they maintain a dark light level. Fours suffers from Shortsightedness and also Adie Syndrome (Slow dilation of the pupils which causes sensitivity to light.)
Glasses: NERD.
Sidebag: Ash fashioned Fours a side bag when her original one was stolen and destroyed. Thankfully the only valuables were coins and a jar of animal specimens.
