Lori Mancini may have been born into a rich family but she also inherited legacy of her mother's superhuman abilities. Unlike her however Lori was born with the power to generate and manipulate fire, something that proved to match her fiery temper and personality. But how could she be blamed when her mother, the former super-heroine Frostbite, would put so much pressure on her to continue the family's crime-fighting tradition? Along with being trained in Shoaling combat, an idea her mother had, and trying to find a stable job to procure her own money, and you can understand why the name "Firebreak" became all the more fitting for her superhero alter ego. Still, Lori tries to maintain a level-headed approach to stopping bad guys while also trying to stay in control of her own life; until someone really burns her up lol.
