Volcano is an isolated villain.
He was at Darkeas with Nakamara (Nanaya's father), they were in the same class and have always been rivals.

When Nakamara announces the "death" of Experion and therefore his retirement from crime, Volcano sees an opportunity to become the new "supreme evil". For this, it comes to his mind that getting rid of Nakamara would be a perfect act to introduce himself to the world, as a powerful supervillain.

Unfortunately, although Nakamara does not have any weapons and only what to protect himself when he attacks him, he did not foresee Nanaya's presence.
Although the teenager still struggles to control his ice power, he will fight valiantly against Volcano. He will not give up, to protect his father and will manage to win the fight even before the arrival of the police and professional heroes.

The power of Volcano consists of the secretion and creation of lava. He is a human-shaped volcano.

Having an ordinary appearance in everyday life, his villain's "costume" consists of covering himself with lava at different temperatures but always malleable so as not to block his movements. He can spread lava a short distance before it cools and hurls it at his opponents. It also emits stifling heat.
However, it does not emit sulfur or ash particles.

Like all powers, his has a weakness. The more he uses it, the drier his skin becomes. If he continues to use his power anyway, his skin will eventually crack, become dehydrated. He can quickly reach an irreversible point and his physical integrity can suffer.

He will give up criminality after a month in prison.

He would later become Darkeas' new sports teacher.
